Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join our team at QED Legal in Birmingham City Centre. As an Employment Lawyer, you will work on a range of complex matters, both contentious and non-contentious, and provide support to large corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work on complex employment law matters, including contentious and non-contentious cases
  • Provide support to large corporate clients, including drafting and advising on employment contracts and policies
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with clients, including senior management and HR teams
  • Work collaboratively with other lawyers and support staff to deliver high-quality results
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and provide expert advice to clients
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year PQE in employment law
  • Proven track record of working on complex employment law matters
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and build strong relationships with clients
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
