Workstream Administrator

Sanderson is seeking a skilled professional to support a large complex public sector programme as a Project Support Officer. This hybrid role will involve working on site in a Canary Wharf office for a couple of days per week.
Key responsibilities:
- Project Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain workstream documentation, including plans, schedules, and status reports. Track milestones and deliverables. Provide regular updates to the workstream lead and stakeholders.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for workstream-related communications. Facilitate meetings and communication for the workstream. Ensure that all stakeholders are informed of progress and issues.
- Meeting Coordination: Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes. Support the workstream lead with administrative tasks as required.
This role requires strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
