We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Professional to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live well at home, providing companionship, home help, and personal care.
Some of our clients have long-term health conditions and require specialist equipment. We will provide you with the necessary training to ensure you feel confident and competent in your role.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide companionship and social interaction to our clients
• Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
• Administer medication and provide personal care
• Accompany clients on outings and provide transportation
