W12 Group is expanding its operations and seeking experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineers to join our team in Tunbridge Wells and surrounding areas.

We are a leading property maintenance company specializing in supporting Property Management companies. Our services include private tenanted, blocks & communal areas, social housing, and commercial properties such as offices, shops, and warehouses.

We are looking for skilled multi traders with a good all-round property maintenance background to carry out reactive and planned maintenance tasks.

Applicants should possess a good variety of property maintenance skills, as they will be assigned a wide range of jobs to attend.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out basic electrics, general plumbing, and basic carpentry tasks
  • Performing basic painting & decorating, finding leaks, and remedials following water damage
  • Boarding up broken windows, measuring up for glaziers, and sourcing and installing parts
  • Repairing locks, doors, and windows, as well as unblocking toilets and flushing problems
  • Cleaning mould, installing bathrooms and kitchens, and flooring

Requirements:

  • Driving licence with 6 points or less
  • Basic DBS checks required

Successful candidates will be expected to attend our offices in Surrey for induction, training, and meetings.

Pay: £35,000.00-£39,000.00 per year
