Client Services Director

Major Players, a renowned creative agency, is seeking a Client Services Director to lead the Client Services team in their London offices. This role will be instrumental in driving business growth and delivering exceptional client experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-value accounts and driving growth. They will collaborate with the Account and Project management teams to develop creative solutions for clients and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement client-centric strategies to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Manage and motivate a team of Account Directors and Managers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Multiple years of experience in professional client relationship management.
- Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and driving growth.
- Experience working with luxury fashion or streetwear brands.
- Experience working with experiential activations and content creation.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong budget management skills.
- Familiarity with creative processes and digital platforms.
- Ability to read and interpret sales performance metrics.
