Job Summary:

Magnus James is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join their team in Sheffield. As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in helping to build the brand in the local marketplace and providing exceptional customer service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with telephone and face-to-face enquiries, providing high levels of customer service at all times.
  • Carrying out viewings and obtaining feedback.
  • Negotiating new tenancies with landlords and tenants.
  • Preparing tenancy agreements, issuing legal documents relating to the tenancy and ensuring that all safety certificates are in place prior to move-in.
  • Working with the property management team to ensure that properties have been prepared for move-in.
  • Ensuring a smooth handover of keys and that tenants are satisfied with their new properties.
  • Conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Performing ad-hoc property manager duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience within a similar Lettings Negotiator role is advantageous.
  • Sales/Customer Service experience.
  • Previous experience of using Microsoft Office packages.
  • A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
