About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar and Waiting Team Member to join our team at McMullen's & Sons. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring that our customers have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serving Excellence: Serve drinks and food to our guests in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one.
  • Setting the Scene: Assist in setting up and closing down the bar/floor areas ready for service or the next trading session, maintaining the high standards of our business.
  • Keeping it Clean: Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of all areas, ensuring that our guests feel welcome and comfortable.
