Job Summary:

The OCS Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner - Night Shift to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our factory and office areas during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all areas are cleaned to the highest standards, including toilets, showers, offices, and kitchenettes.
  • Maintain and store equipment correctly, including vacuum cleaners.
  • Deal with management requests promptly and courteously.
  • Ensure Health and Safety standards are maintained at all times.
  • Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a busy environment.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Able to carry and move cleaning equipment.
  • Effective communication skills to report any safety issues to management and the H&S team.
  • Basic English language skills to understand health and safety processes and procedures.
  • Own transport is required due to site location and shift finish times.

  • Right to Work in the UK.
