Key Responsibilities

  • Operate the telephone switchboard and greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collect and process information, issue visitor badges, and perform other administrative tasks as needed
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documents
  • Provide support to other departments and teams as required
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in office operations and customer service preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
