Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team at Manu Forti Ltd. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our business through new and existing customer sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Generation: Achieve sales targets through new and existing customer sales and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities from various sources, including marketing qualified leads and competitor events.
  • Client Retention: Ensure maximum client retention by achieving rebook targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate CRM records, including customer information, call notes, pipeline management, and forecasting.
Requirements

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B events, preferably trade shows.
  • Target Driven: Proven ability to work to targets and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambitious environment.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel to competitor events, both domestically and internationally.
  • Customer Relations: Excellent customer relationship skills.
  • Commercial Mindset: Energy and enthusiasm to drive commercial success and implement identified initiatives.
  • CRM: Experience with HubSpot CRM is desirable.
