We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team at Manu Forti Ltd. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our business through new and existing customer sales.
Key Responsibilities- Revenue Generation: Achieve sales targets through new and existing customer sales and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities from various sources, including marketing qualified leads and competitor events.
- Client Retention: Ensure maximum client retention by achieving rebook targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate CRM records, including customer information, call notes, pipeline management, and forecasting.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B events, preferably trade shows.
- Target Driven: Proven ability to work to targets and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambitious environment.
- Travel: Willingness to travel to competitor events, both domestically and internationally.
- Customer Relations: Excellent customer relationship skills.
- Commercial Mindset: Energy and enthusiasm to drive commercial success and implement identified initiatives.
- CRM: Experience with HubSpot CRM is desirable.
