Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring a high standard of resident care and promoting a professional working environment.
- Communicate effectively with the clinical team, ensuring all CPA and risk assessment documentation is up-to-date.
- Deputize for the Unit Manager and their Deputy, managing staffing and clinical needs as required.

- Previous experience in older people's care is desirable, but not essential.
- Caring and compassionate with an excellent clinical track record.

- Competitive salary of £19.00 per hour, with an annual salary up to £43,472.
