Job Summary

The Celtic Manor Resort is seeking a highly skilled and charismatic Bar Supervisor to join our team. As a Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for driving service excellence and exceeding guest expectations in our luxurious hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in driving service excellence and exceeding guest expectations
  • Create and serve a range of beverages, including classic cocktails, mixers, beer, wine, and soft drinks
  • Keep the service area clean, tidy, and well-prepared at all times
  • Train and offer guidance and support to the team to ensure they meet The Celtic Collection standards
  • Supervise the smooth running of the day-to-day operation and communicate with the team regarding guest comments and service standards

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a 4* or high-class establishment
  • Outstanding customer service skills
