Key Responsibilities- Account Management: Ultimate responsibility for all aspects of the successful management of designated retailer account/s, including budget and P&L responsibility.

- Sales Opportunities: Identify and maximize all viable sales opportunities.
- Range and Promotional Planning: Effectively plan and manage retailers' range and promotional calendars.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide detailed sales vs. budget reports and analysis.
- Experience: Experience at NAM level - working with retailer accounts.
- Communication Skills: Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead meetings and provide supervision and mentoring to your team.
