The Financial Markets department at ING is seeking a skilled Repo Trader to join our team in London. As a key member of our Global Securities Finance team, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and vision of our Repo desk.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Trade the daily flow, including hedging strategies, STIR, funding, and collateral management.
  2. Align with credit risk, market risk, balance sheet, and regulatory requirements in London.
  3. Collaborate with Financial Markets global sales teams.
  4. Work closely with key internal stakeholders to develop electronic platform trading.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  1. Master's degree or equivalent through experience.
  2. Fluency in English.
  3. Knowledge of pricing methods and risk analysis.
  4. Knowledge of all Repo trading products.
  5. A progressive and agile way of working, valuing new ideas ahead of convention.
