Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Vehicle Technician to join our team at Octane Recruitment. As a Mobile Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our clients across the Cheltenham area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and diagnose vehicle problems, providing expert advice to customers on necessary repairs and maintenance.
  • Perform routine vehicle servicing and maintenance, including electrical and diagnostic work.
  • Work independently as a mobile technician, visiting clients at their locations to provide technical support and repair services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 2 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair qualification.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a full-time mechanic, with a strong technical background in maintenance, electrical, and diagnostic work.
  • Full UK driving license and a clean driving record.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
