Job Title: ESG Assurance Senior Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced ESG Assurance Senior Manager to join our team at Mattinson Partnership. As a key member of our ESG team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality ESG assurance services to a diverse range of clients across various sectors.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their expertise in ESG assurance and consulting to support clients in achieving their sustainability objectives. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of ESG projects, including those related to CSRD, ISSB, GHG Protocol, and financing agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead large ESG assurance and advisory projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement methodologies for ESG assurance reviews, providing support to junior team members.
  • Identify and realise ESG opportunities through marketing, recruitment, and training initiatives.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their ESG objectives and develop tailored solutions to support their sustainability goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging ESG trends, standards, and regulations, ensuring our team's expertise remains at the forefront of the industry.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in ESG assurance, with a strong background in internal audit and consulting.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop junior team members.
  • Strong understanding of risk management and internal control, specifically in the context of ESG reporting.
  • Experience working in a similar ESG Assurance role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
