We're partnering with one of the largest providers in our industry, delivering training across all four nations in the UK. Our client is an Ofsted grade 2 organization with 5,500+ active apprentices on program and 30 years of experience in training.

Job Summary

We're seeking a Hospitality Trainer to work with a caseload of apprentices undertaking hospitality level 2 & 3 apprenticeship qualifications. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hospitality experience to transition into a training role, with comprehensive support provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments with potential learners, ensuring they enroll on the appropriate program and identify any additional support needs.
  • Complete sign-up meetings, accurately documenting all necessary paperwork.
  • Regularly review learner progress with line managers and provide feedback.
  • Plan and deliver tailored training and coaching to learners.
  • Assess evidence and work submitted by learners, providing constructive feedback.
  • Provide regular updates on learner progress and ensure timely achievement of outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of assessment, feedback, progress, and reviews.
  • Support with Functional Skills delivery – English & Maths level 2.
  • Participate in standardization of practice and engage in regular CPD to maintain currency of expertise.
