About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a health and social care setting, with at least 2 years' relevant experience in an operational management capacity. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining an effective quality assurance programme, promoting high-quality best practices, and continuous improvement of services in line with Quality Assurance Policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain an effective quality assurance programme
  • Work in close partnership with the Registered Manager to ensure high-quality services
  • Manage an effective team and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Develop and promote positive working relationships with individual service users, their family, and professional colleagues
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to the goals of the department and Organisation as a whole
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a health and social care setting
  • At least 2 years' relevant experience in an operational management capacity
  • Experience of working in/managing a domiciliary service
  • Experience of managing an effective team
  • Full driving licence with use of own vehicle
  • Ability to provide advice and guidance outside of normal office hours as required
