Job Title: Aesthetics Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving the sales of Elemis treatments and products, while delivering exceptional customer service and promoting the Elemis brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively drive sales and meet personal and counter targets, striving to exceed set targets.
  • Raise awareness of the Elemis brand and educate clients on the product and treatment range.
  • Participate in promotional/PR activity and ensure the success of promotions and events.
  • Assist the Account Management Team in accurately recording sales figures and stock levels.
Customer Service:
  • Deliver treatments punctually and to a consistently high standard, meeting clients' requirements and striving for repeat bookings.
  • Ensure products and treatments prescribed are appropriate to clients' needs and take into account medical contraindications.
  • Maintain the Elemis counter, site, and treatment areas to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling client complaints promptly and consulting the Account Management Team as needed.
Requirements:
  • Beauty Therapy qualification to NVQ level 2 minimum (or equivalent).
  • Experience within a similar retail/store role and industry.
  • Practical work experience in conducting treatments.
  • Previous experience working with a professional brand.
