Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Direction: Provide strategic direction and initiatives to drive effective clinical practice and leadership, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services.
  • Clinical Governance: Oversee compliance with statutory regulations and quality standards, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of care.
  • Operational Leadership: Provide operational and clinical leadership to the wider staff group, ensuring that our services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Strategy and Planning: Lead and deliver the hospital strategy as part of the senior management team, ensuring that our services are aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Qualification as a Senior Mental Health Nurse with at least 2 years of managerial experience.
  • Experience: Significant experience in leading teams and senior practice-based work, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and services.
  • Skills: Ability to interpret and analyze complex information, manage challenging circumstances, and prepare and present reports at a senior management level.
