Job Title: Customer Marketing Manager HVAC-R

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Marketing Manager to join our team in the HVAC-R detection segment. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive demand and revenue growth in the HVAC-R market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement demand creation programs to drive profitable revenue growth in the HVAC-R segment
  • Collaborate with sales teams to define business development targets and drive demand generation activities
  • Provide strategic guidance on event selection, marketing collateral investment, and digital media initiatives
  • Develop and proofread marketing content to enable efficient promotion of our core product lines
  • Establish relationships with key safety and automation organizations to influence opinion leaders and increase brand awareness
  • Monitor business success and effectiveness of marketing activities through clear KPIs and adjust tactics as needed
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in HVAC-R detection and/or fixed gas and flame detection
  • Minimum 3 years of business experience with EMEA and/or APAC markets
  • Deep knowledge of standards and regulations in the HVAC-R industry
  • Exemplary value-based communication, organizational, critical thinking, strategy development, and project management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and cross-functional environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Good technical writing skills
  • Experience with digital marketing, brand management, and product line management
  • Ability to understand evolving technologies as a source for customer solutions and competitive advantage
