Senior Field Applications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Applications Specialist to join our team at On Target Recruitment. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for providing training and customer support for Mass Spectrometry Equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive training programs for customers and internal stakeholders on the use and maintenance of Mass Spectrometry Equipment.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement training strategies and materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Mass Spectrometry technology and apply this knowledge to improve training programs and customer support.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a clinical applications role, preferably with Mass Spectrometry Equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
