This position necessitates a minimum of 3 to 4 days per week onsite at Ipswich, with potential for full weeks during critical project phases and workshops.
We are in search of an experienced SAP S4HANA Functional Solution Architect to enhance our SAP framework. In this role, you will be instrumental in defining our SAP ecosystem, offering expert advice on solution architecture, optimizing business processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. A profound knowledge of SAP S4HANA modules such as SD, MM, PP, and QM is essential, along with a proven history of successful implementations and the capability to convert business needs into effective SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Architecture: Lead the design of SAP S4HANA solutions, ensuring they align with business goals and industry best practices.
- Business Process Enhancement: Collaborate with business stakeholders to comprehend processes, providing expert advice on utilizing SAP S4HANA features to enhance and streamline operations.
- Module Expertise: Possess comprehensive knowledge of various SAP S4HANA modules, including Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales, offering guidance on module-specific functionalities.
- Implementation Experience: Demonstrate experience as a solution architect in at least three SAP S4HANA implementation projects.
- Regional Experience: Have executed multiple S4HANA implementation and rollout projects across Europe, particularly in the UK and France.
- Innovative Solutions: Architect, design, and assist in developing innovative solutions surrounding SAP S/4HANA.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams across various geographies.
- Requirements Gathering: Lead discussions with clients to implement S/4HANA solutions effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Provide a strong technical understanding of the product, capable of discussing and demonstrating the full platform and its configuration to meet business needs.
- Advisory Role: Understand the SAP roadmap for S/4HANA and serve as a trusted advisor for clients in their S/4HANA adoption journey.
- Deliverable Review: Review project deliverables, such as business process design documents, to ensure they meet project objectives.
- Integration Knowledge: Have a deep understanding of integration with other systems.
- Process Knowledge: Be knowledgeable in processes and configurations in at least one area, with working knowledge in others such as Procurement, Logistics, Inventory Management, and Warehouse Management.
- Best Practices: Thoroughly understand multiple SAP modules and the ability to research and apply business best practices.
- Communication Skills: Exhibit strong verbal and written communication abilities.
