Job Summary

As a Project Manager at Natara Global, you will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and leading multiple projects from concept to completion. You will interact with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects meet business requirements and track the wider project programme across our global sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work in accordance with all Natara Global EHS requirements, policies, and principles.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Design risk mitigation plans and perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Direct internal and external project resources, coordinate meetings, and produce project reports.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors.
  • Develop detailed project plans to track progress.
  • Track and communicate project progress across all sites.
Requirements
  • Degree qualified in an engineering or science discipline.
  • Prince II / PMP / APM PMQ certification or equivalent training/experience.
  • Good knowledge of key regulations (e.g. DSEAR, CDM, COMAH) is preferable.
  • Skilled in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and MS Project.
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
Experience
  • 3+ years working in a chemical manufacturing or process industry organization.
  • Experience working on a COMAH site.
  • Evidence of CPD throughout career.
