As an Information Security Advisor, you will engage in a unique role that stands out in the field. Our team of Cyber Risk Management Specialists delivers expert evaluations, insights, and recommendations to both governmental and commercial entities across sectors such as Defense and Critical National Infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with clients to identify and address cyber threats and security vulnerabilities that could affect their operations.
- Analyzing and developing strategies to mitigate information risks within specific business contexts and threat landscapes.
- Conducting comprehensive risk evaluations, analyses, and audits in Cyber Security or Information Assurance.
- Implementing Information Assurance methodologies and analytical frameworks across various scenarios.
- Investigating emerging technologies to discover effective methods for deploying security measures.
This is a full-time role with a flexible working arrangement.
Essential Qualifications:
- Ability to comprehend the impact of cyber risks on business or operational outcomes.
- Capable of articulating regulatory obligations and formulating appropriate actions to meet them in the context of business operations.
- Skilled in devising innovative and effective risk mitigation strategies that enhance overall business performance.
- Understanding of cyber risks and the mitigations in place, with the ability to provide evidence to refine these approaches.
- Adept at identifying, documenting, and communicating security risks and mitigation strategies in relation to technological solutions and business processes.
Required Education:
- A degree in a STEM field or equivalent relevant experience in a cyber security capacity.
