Weighbridge Operations Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Weighbridge Administrator to join our team at FCC Environment. As a Weighbridge Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our weighbridge facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and record vehicle weigh-ins and weigh-outs, ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist the Site Manager in maintaining accurate records, reports, and documentation, including waste transfer notes and EWC code usage.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and concerns from customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety protocols, reporting incidents, and participating in site inductions and training.
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with the Site Manager to ensure the efficient operation of the weighbridge, including coordinating with contractors and vendors.
