Creative Support is a charitable organization committed to delivering exceptional, individualized social care services for individuals with learning disabilities, mental health challenges, and other requirements. Our supported living service in Leeds focuses on providing tailored assistance to young adults with diverse needs, including those on the autistic spectrum.

We seek composed, resourceful, and dynamic individuals who are motivated and eager to become part of our welcoming team. In this role, you will deliver personalized care and support, utilizing effective communication skills and demonstrating unwavering positive regard for those we assist. You will need to exhibit the maturity required to operate within a positive behavior support framework, accept responsibility, and develop confidence as a skilled practitioner.

Willingness to engage in all facets of the role is essential, including assistance with personal care, household tasks, and administrative responsibilities as directed by management. As you will be working independently during the night with minimal oversight, prior experience in this field is advantageous, but the ability to work autonomously is crucial. You should be confident in decision-making and proactive in ensuring compliance with care standards.

The service is located in a picturesque area, providing a tranquil environment with convenient access to transportation options. We offer a part-time position with 20 hours of work per week.
