Contract Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team at BAM UK & Ireland. As a key member of our Soft Services team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of our Soft FM provision across various contracts.
Key Responsibilities- Provide operational support and expertise to the wider business to ensure successful delivery of FM services.
- Manage and coordinate all elements of Soft FM provision, including procurement and sub-contractor management.
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve cost-effective and efficient service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with legislation and company policies.
- Manage and maintain effective team working relationships between BAM FM and client teams.
- Recruit and manage staff to ensure contract requirements are met.
- Conduct routine audits to ensure contract compliance and report results to relevant managers.
- Manage scheduled and reactive activities in line with contracted key performance indicators.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date records in accordance with legislative and company requirements.
- Previous experience in the management of Soft Services.
- Membership of the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management.
- Qualifications in BICSc or equivalent.
- Health & Safety certification (IOSH or NEBOSH essential or willingness to undertake).
- Competent knowledge of IT packages (Concept desirable).
- Excellent organisational, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent people management skills.
- Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007 (PVG) in relation to this type of work is applicable for children.
- Enhanced DBS check will be required.
