Nigel Wright Group is a leading investment management firm with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional results. We are committed to providing bespoke finance solutions and growth support to our clients, and we are seeking an experienced and skilled Chief Investment Officer to join our team.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Investment and Portfolio teams, providing direction, guidance, and support to team members. They will also chair Investment and Portfolio Committees, generate high-quality funding proposals, and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources. Additionally, they will work closely with the CEO to develop and implement investment strategies and strategic action plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Investment and Portfolio teams.
- Chair Investment and Portfolio Committees to ensure effective decision-making and risk management.
- Develop and implement investment strategies and strategic action plans in collaboration with the CEO.
- Generate high-quality funding proposals to support business growth and development.
- Manage daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
- Work closely with the CEO to drive business growth and development.
About You
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chief Investment Officer with a strong track record of investing in the SME market. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions. They will also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
