Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Customer Support Agent to join our team. As an Onepilot Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients' customers via various channels, including email, chat, and phone.

You will work from the comfort of your own home, enjoying a flexible schedule and the opportunity to develop your skills in a stimulating environment. Our agents are empowered to solve complex problems and provide personalized support to our clients' customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective customer support via various channels
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless customer support and sales activities
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
