Job Title: Ecommerce ExecutiveJob Summary

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Executive to join our team and shape the marketing strategy for our business. As the main marketing contact, you will report to one of our board directors and be responsible for developing and implementing our marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Manage events and exhibitions to showcase our products and services
  • Oversee the e-commerce site and product listings to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Create compelling content for various channels, including email marketing and brochures
  • Engage with connections on social media and LinkedIn to drive brand awareness
  • Manage case studies and marketing materials to attract new clients
  • Run email campaigns and track results to inform marketing strategy and budgets
  • Manage the website and e-commerce store to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the sales team to manage leads and drive sales growth
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or Business
  • Prior experience in a marketing or brand-related role, covering the above duties
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Knowledge of social networking platforms, Adobe Suite, and email/crm campaigns
