About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Play Support Worker to join our team at The Windham Croft Centre in Kew. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, stimulating, and enjoyable play environment for children and young people with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support children with disabilities in a variety of settings, including group sessions and one-to-one activities
  • Assist with the preparation and delivery of play activities, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all
  • Provide personal care and support to young people, including feeding, moving, and handling
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized environment, ensuring the health and safety of all
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a welcoming and engaging environment for all

About You

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about supporting children and young people with disabilities. You will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be flexible and adaptable in your approach.
