Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Philosophy Teacher to join our team at Wayman Group. As a Philosophy Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching Philosophy to students at KS3/4 level.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Philosophy to students at KS3/4 level
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to promote student learning and understanding
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
- Degree in Philosophy or related field
- PGCE or QTS qualification
- Experience of teaching Philosophy to students at KS3/4 level
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
