Service Care Solutions is seeking an experienced Qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive to join their Private Client team. This is an excellent opportunity to work amongst legal experts and progress your career.

**About the Role**

We are looking for a skilled Solicitor/Legal Executive with 2-4 years PQE experience to manage a caseload of Court of Protection and Private Client matters. The ideal candidate will have expertise in drafting Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Trust and Estate Administration.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage a caseload of Court of Protection and Private Client matters
  • Draft Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Trust and Estate Administration documents
  • Deal with clients in person and remotely
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce content related to private client work

**Requirements**

  • At least 2 years PQE experience of dealing with Court of Protection matters, probate, wills, trusts, and services for the elderly
  • Organized, ambitious, and good decision-making skills
  • Able to work with a high caseload and under pressure
