Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including inventory, scheduling, and customer service.

  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve sales and profit goals.

Requirements
  • At least one year of experience in a management capacity within a restaurant or food service environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
