Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled MIG Metal Fabricator who possesses the ability to interpret and execute tasks from CAD schematics autonomously.

We offer a competitive salary that is negotiable based on the successful candidate's expertise, with a starting rate of £18 per hour, contingent on experience. Opportunities for overtime are frequently available at enhanced pay rates. Whether you are at the beginning of your fabrication career or have extensive experience, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.

Working Hours

Standard working hours are from 07:30 to 16:00, Monday through Thursday, with an earlier finish on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities
  • MIG welding of mild steel ranging from 2 mm to 10 mm thickness
  • Interpreting and executing tasks from CAD drawings independently
  • Utilizing various fabrication machinery
  • Proficient use of a range of hand and power tools

The ideal candidate will have completed an engineering apprenticeship or possess a relevant qualification, or have a substantial background in welding.

While we are open to a diverse range of applicants, it is essential that candidates have prior welding experience, as we are unable to consider those without any background in this field.
