We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Manager to join our MEP division in Leeds. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a growing team of technicians and supporting the education of our graduates.

Your role will include:

  • Producing 2D and 3D engineering models and drawings using software such as AutoCAD and Revit, clash detection and model coordination.
  • Engaging with other Revit technicians, BIM Managers, and engineers to develop solutions to 3D environment issues and support the development of the group as a whole.
  • Supporting the BIM technology needs of the Leeds office and national team, and educating new starters around the use of Revit.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • In-depth and up-to-date knowledge of Autodesk software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
  • Passion for digital engineering, building information modelling, and innovation.
  • Knowledge of MEP systems and how services should be routed and coordinated.
  • The ideal candidate will have a BTEC/HNC in building performance engineering or another relevant engineering discipline, but we will consider candidates without this qualification who have significant experience in technical drawing production using Revit.
