Job Opportunity: Principal Associate Solicitor - Professional Indemnity Team

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Associate Solicitor to join our Tier 1 defendant professional indemnity team in Leeds. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in professional indemnity and/or commercial litigation work, with a passion for delivering outstanding client service.

About the Role:

  • Acting for members of various professions, primarily lawyers, construction professionals, accountants, insurance brokers, and Independent Financial Advisers.
  • Working with clients nationally, with work referred by insurers or directly by clients.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with major insurers, MGAs, and Lloyds syndicates.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in professional indemnity and/or commercial litigation work.
  • Experience in private practice, preferably at a large regional or City law firm, or in-house with a major insurer or MGA.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
