Business Development Consultant

We're seeking a highly motivated and proactive Business Consultant to join our team at Arnold Clark Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Produce high-quality vehicle walkaround videos to showcase features and benefits.
- Stay up-to-date with fleet industry news and best practices to provide expert advice.
- Familiarize yourself with our franchise product range to provide informed solutions.
- Handle incoming sales calls efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a high level of display standards to showcase our vehicles.
- Process internet leads quickly and professionally.
- Build strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service.
Essential Skills:
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- High standards of computer literacy and ability to switch between internal systems.
- Fantastic time management skills.
- Ability to work independently to maximize sales opportunities while being a team player.
- A full UK driving license.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of the local area would be an advantage.
- Previous van or commercial vehicle sales experience.
