About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Hunter Selection. As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our renewable energy sites in the South West region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out planned electrical maintenance across our UK renewable energy sites, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard.
  • Respond to reactive maintenance requests, identifying and resolving electrical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Conduct fault finding and problem-solving activities to identify and rectify electrical issues.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, implementing changes to enhance our maintenance processes and procedures.
  • Work occasional weekends as required, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to meeting business needs.
Requirements
  • Full UK driving license, with a clean driving record.
  • Experience working with renewable energy sources, with a strong understanding of electrical systems and maintenance practices.
  • Process-focused approach, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Computer literacy, with proficiency in relevant software and systems.
  • Desirable qualifications include inverter manufacturing training, experience in set-up and configuration, and CAD experience.
