Corporate Recovery Insolvency Practitioner

Job Summary: Imperium Financial Recruitment is seeking an experienced Corporate Recovery Insolvency Practitioner to join a well-established firm in North Manchester. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate recovery and insolvency, with the ability to manage complex cases and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a diverse portfolio of corporate recovery and insolvency cases, including administrations, liquidations, and voluntary arrangements.
  • Conduct detailed financial investigations to assess the viability of distressed companies and develop strategic recovery plans.
  • Lead the preparation and presentation of comprehensive reports for creditors, regulatory bodies, and courts.
  • Facilitate creditors' meetings, providing clear updates on case progress and proposed actions.
  • Develop and implement strategies for the realization of assets and repayment of creditors.
  • Ensure compliance with insolvency legislation and internal procedures, maintaining high standards of practice.
  • Liaise with stakeholders including creditors, directors, solicitors, and accountants to manage expectations and provide timely updates.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in corporate recovery and insolvency, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and procedures.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex cases and drive business success.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
