CAD Draughtsperson - Partitions

About the Role

1. Design project-specific partitions and dividers for construction projects.
2. Attend site design meetings to ensure effective collaboration with stakeholders.
3. Support the sales team by providing technical expertise and guidance.
4. Upload and review documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
5. Assist in creating methods of construction for building projects.
6. Help prepare operation and maintenance manuals for clients.
7. Provide technical support via phone or email to clients and colleagues.

Requirements

1. Proficient in AutoCAD, with a minimum of 3 years' experience as a CAD Draughtsperson in the construction sector.
2. Experience with Revit is desirable.
3. Ideal experience in partition design, glazing, or joinery.
4. Site survey experience is a plus.
5. Ability to commute to central London for site visits.
6. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
9. A proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
