About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our Scotland Architectural team as a Project Lead. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to gain exposure and experience as a Lead Technician with a view to becoming a Technical Team Leader.

You will work with the support of the wider team, in a multi-disciplinary environment, to achieve holistic building solutions, on small and medium-sized projects where you will be providing appropriate levels of Architectural design to a range of different buildings and elements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver projects and manage a small team of Architectural Technologists
  • Utilize Revit to create detailed designs and models
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to achieve project goals
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members
  • Assist in the development of project proposals and business cases
Requirements
  • Proven track record in delivering projects and managing a small team
  • Experience using Revit and other design software
  • Desire to learn and grow with the support of our team
  • Eligibility to pass criteria for security clearance and airside pass applications
  • Full UK driver's license
