Electrical Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team on the night shift at This is Alexander Faraday Limited. The successful candidate will possess a strong electrical background and be able to diagnose and repair a variety of electrical and mechanical issues on factory equipment, ensuring minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct scheduled maintenance and safety checks in accordance with industry standards.
  • Work closely with the production team to improve machine reliability and performance.
  • Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and technical issues.
  • Implement continuous improvement strategies and provide solutions for enhanced operational efficiency.
  • Ensure all activities are carried out in compliance with company policies and statutory regulations related to health, safety, and environment.
Requirements:
  • Electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
  • 17th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
  • Proven experience in a factory maintenance role (or similar environment/sector).
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic needs of the role.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
