The selected candidate will be responsible for executing both scheduled and on-demand maintenance tasks in collaboration with a dedicated maintenance team.

Working Hours
  • Standard hours: Monday to Friday – 08:00 am to 17:00 pm
Key Responsibilities
  • Lighting maintenance (installation, troubleshooting, bulb replacement, etc.)
  • Conducting emergency lighting inspections
  • Managing control panels
  • Ballast replacement
  • Monitoring BMS systems (temperature regulation)
  • Performing comprehensive M&E and fabric maintenance
  • Maintaining and updating maintenance logs
  • Basic plumbing tasks (e.g., unblocking toilets)
  • Servicing pumps and motors
Qualifications
  • Electrically qualified (City & Guilds Level 2 & 3)
  • City & Guilds - 18th Edition certification
  • Ability to provide trade certification documentation
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial maintenance
  • Multi-skilled with a broad range of competencies
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Client-facing experience
