Responsibilities:

As a Holiday Home Sales Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for potential buyers, helping them navigate their options and providing them with the necessary information to make informed decisions regarding holiday home ownership.

You will actively seek out opportunities to engage with potential holiday homeowners, guiding them through the entire ownership process and ensuring they receive the support and information needed to make a choice.

You will be tasked with ambitious sales targets that you will strive to surpass, ensuring that new owners have a positive experience throughout their purchasing journey.

Please note that holiday sales often occur during evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, so flexibility in your schedule is required.

Required Skills and Experience:

Ideally, you will have a background in holiday home sales and possess a personable approach that fosters long-term relationships. Your ability to make customers feel valued, whether through phone conversations or face-to-face interactions, is crucial.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, adeptly managing multiple tasks while maintaining a friendly demeanor with clients and colleagues.
