Our client, a leading UK-wide property consultancy, is seeking a Senior Agribusiness Consultant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to advise and manage a range of agricultural portfolios.
Position Overview
The Senior Agribusiness Consultant will play a key role in managing arable and livestock contract and share farm agreements, overseeing in-hand farming businesses, and delivering regenerative farming advice to clients across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise, set up and manage farming agreements, ensuring optimal financial returns for clients.
- Manage in-hand farming businesses and client portfolios, providing strategic guidance and support.
- Mentor and manage a small agribusiness team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Prepare farm budgets, tenders, and business analysis, providing actionable insights for clients.
- Deliver regenerative farming advice to clients, promoting sustainable agricultural practices.
- Develop services and grow the client base, driving business growth and expansion.
Requirements
- Excellent financial acumen and attention to detail, with a strong understanding of agricultural finance.
- Previous management experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and client focus, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
- Previous agribusiness consulting or farm management experience, with a deep understanding of the agricultural sector.
