Job Description

Sewell Wallis Ltd is seeking a seasoned Finance Director to join our team and support the growth of a thriving manufacturing group.

About the Role:

  • Provide strategic financial guidance and support to drive business growth and optimize financial performance.
  • Lead the finance team and oversee the preparation of financial accounts, ensuring robust financial systems and processes are in place.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Finance to develop and implement financial strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify and evaluate acquisition opportunities, working closely with the management team to integrate new businesses into the group.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external parties, including banks and auditors, to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Hold responsibility for contract reviews and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification with significant experience in a similar role.
