Job Overview

Energi People is seeking an experienced Senior Structural Revit Technician for a 12-month + contract assignment with a well-established firm of consulting engineers.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for working on the design of major residential, commercial, and industrial buildings, with a value of £50m+. The role will involve using Revit on a daily basis, with a focus on RC Detailing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and detailing of structural elements using Revit
  • Collaboration with the project team to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Development and maintenance of Revit models and families
  • Assistance with RC Detailing and other structural tasks as required

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Structural Revit Technician working on major building projects
  • Proficiency in using Revit, with a focus on RC Detailing
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What We Offer

Energi People offers a competitive hourly rate of £34-35 p/h for this contract position. The role is fully remote and is an Outside IR35 opportunity.
