Nurse Bank Position

We are seeking a skilled Bank Nurse to join our team at a premium care home group in and around Stoke-on-Trent. As a Bank Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring nursing care remains at the highest level when there are absences due to illness or annual leave.
Our care home offers a luxury living experience with private en-suite bedrooms, on-site salon, chef-prepared menus, beautiful gardens, and a packed activities programme. You will join the multidisciplinary team in caring for residents with a broad range of presentations, including age-related health conditions, evolving dementia needs, specialist post-stroke needs, and physical disabilities.
This is a bank position for ad-hoc shifts, allowing you to choose shifts that work around your existing commitments. As a Bank Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of residents and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents with a range of health needs.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- NMC registration in a relevant nurse discipline (RN Adult or RMN).
- Some professional experience with elderly care and related needs.
- Free on-site parking.
